The property has plenty of bedrooms to cater for 20 people. This still leaves enough space for everybody to comfortably move about the property without making it tight.

A fantastic home cinema with a 50” TV with surround sound system and a large selection of DVD’s and VCD’s

For the kids (large or small) there is also a Sony Playstation 2 available with a selection of games.

This lounge includes a BOSE music system, a large fire place and comfortable settees. It is ideal for relaxing, reading, listening to music or just talking time out.

Games Room
The games room and surround sound TV lounge, offers you lots of fun and enjoyment. These include DVD’s and various games that are available.

Dining Room
The dining room area is situated between the kitchen and the swimming pool and there is a separate small dining area within the house. 2 high chairs are available.
 
Facilities
Indoor swimming pool and sauna complex. Which leads off the conservatory and has a cast iron safety gate. The clear blue, tiled, curvaceous pool is 6ft at the deep end, has a paddling area, a nonslip surround and underwater lighting.

The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath and a multi jet shower and steam room. Towels are provided but not swimming towels.
