Shipping & Returns

The shipping cost of returns & exchanges is charged by the customers.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service with the order number as well as the missing item' s name and number. 
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery, your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order.
If you need to return any items, please do so with the items unused. Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. Otherwise, the returned items will not be accepted. You have 7 days to do so.
